According to the Chicago Sun Times, the University of Wisconsin Alumni Foundation (the caretaker of the University's patents) is suing Intel for patent infringement (basically making money off of university research used in a product that has been profitable).

Thanks Readers!! The number of folks reading this blog has grown steadily. Unfortunetly, this blog host is not able to handle the traffic and I have moved my blog. Please check out (and bookmark) my new location http://www.nonprofitboardcrisis.typepad.com Thanks for helping to make this a success!! My mission: to change the world one nonprofit at a time. I fix broken nonprofits with a focus on resolving nonprofit board/exec relationships. I also help nonprofit boards and staff figure out where they want their organization to be in the future and focus on the four columns of a nonprofit: program, management and operations, governance and sustainability.
